Contact us within 7 days of delivery if there is a problem with your order.

Items should be unworn, unwashed, and in the condition received unless the issue is damage or an order mistake.

Include your name, order email, item, and a short description of the issue.

Damaged or wrong item

If the item arrives damaged or the wrong item was sent, email photos and order details to george@firstraingoods.com.

We will review the issue and work toward a replacement, exchange, or appropriate fix where possible.
